When I got home my mom told me that a plane from Cebu to Naga carrying DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo  crashed in the sea coast of Masbate. I pray for this man’s safety :( For me he will always be our very own Mayor Jesse Robredo. This picture of him taken during the traslacion of Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia is how I always envision him. He’s a man of faith and nobility.
